SESSION EXPERIENCE

WHAT IT IS LIKE TO WORK WITH ME

I work with a gentle, expressive, and deeply validating approach. I help sensitive and creative teens who feel overwhelmed by friendships, social media, body image, or difficult past experiences. We work together on slowing down the panic and building genuine self-compassion.

THERAPIST FIT

I WORK ESPECIALLY WELL WITH TEENS WHO…

01.

Teens experiencing intense emotional overwhelm, mood swings, or tearfulness.

02.

Teens struggling with friendship drama, social media comparison, and self-worth.

03.

Teens dealing with trauma, loss, or difficult family transitions.

04.

Creative, introspective, or highly sensitive teens.

THERAPEUTIC APPROACH

HOW I WORK

I incorporate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, trauma-informed mindfulness, and expressive arts. I help teens learn concrete distress tolerance tools, boundary setting, and emotion regulation skills they can use in the middle of a stressful school day.
